Email account stuck on Drafts and can't get to Inbox etx

After saving an email to drafts today, I discovered that my email account on my PC was stuck on "Drafts". When I close it down and re-open it shows the normal page with Inbox, Outbox, Junk etc as normal for a fraction of a second before going back to Drafts. Can anyone advise me what to do?

Help/Troubleshooting, click Open Folder to open the profile folder, close TB, delete or rename session.json. When you restart TB, then close it, then restart, the folder and tabs that were open at last exit should appear when you restart the program. The session.json file stores a snapshot of the tab and window layout each time TB is closed.
