This "grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your content" seems to mean that Mozilla both owns and can do whatever to the content it wants?

I'm not a lawyer, but no. Mozilla doesn't own your files. Moz can only do whatever is needed to provide you this Service. Besides, your files are encrypted.
