This just started tonight. I've tried clearing cache & cookies (all), disabling the 4 add-ons, refreshing and restarting FF and rebooting my computer. None of these have worked.

The browser says, 'FF is up to date' but it doesn't give me a version #. I have a lot of tabs open but I always do. a few days ago I closed about 200 tabs before opening FF. I have 24G of RAM and everything was working fine a few hours ago..

Thanks for any help.

Separate Security Issue, please update your Flash 27.0 r0 by removing it with this tool : https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html If you use it Reinstall with Flash Player Version: 31.0.0.108 Current Version https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, . . . .) Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only>

Hi, You can always update and find your version # from Help --> About

Did you get a Windows 10 update a few hours ago when this happened ?

There is security software like Avast/AVG, Kaspersky, BitDefender, ESET & McAfee that can cause a varity of issues.

Please list your Extensions and what Security Software are you running please ?
