How to add a startup script like userChrome.css

The web extension has too many limitation, so I consider a script to load at startup.

Now I can load a script via scratchpad and set environment to browser.

Is there any easier way to load it, like userChrome.css, through a special name or some undocumented command line argument?

Update Tried userChrome.js but it's not work in Firefox Quantum
