You appear to be using a very old Firefox 47 version according to the user agent in the System Details list.

Any specific reason for using this outdated Firefox version and not the latest version for your platform (XP: 52.7.3 ESR)?

Users on Windows XP and Vista have been moved to the Firefox ESR version.
