i only have a pc .in signing up there is no sync.what other option?

Hello, you don't have use Sync to confirm the installation of Firefox, you can ignore this dialogue and continue using the browser.

If you have only one "device" there isn't any reason to use Sync at all. Just don't sign up for the Sync service.
