cannot refresh firefox back to defaults
Hi im having an issue on resetting the browser back to default display. Tried reinstall but still back to the same display. Pease advise. also cant upload screen shot maybe can send as attachement when you reply. Thank you William

- Type about:support into the address bar and press enter.
- Click the Refresh Firefox button on the top right
What issue(s) do you have that you want to refresh Firefox?
Hi need advise to reset back the display for firefox back to normal display screen size. tried refreshing and reinstalling but the issue still persist.

You may have accidentally zoomed web page(s). Reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems.
- View -> Zoom -> Reset (Ctrl+0/Command+0 (zero))
Try to rename/remove the xulstore.json file in the Firefox profile folder.
You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.

Create a new profile to test if your current profile is causing the problem.

If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.
