Hi, I am in the habit of dismissing all calendar alarms instead of just the one, I can not find a simple way to reinstate them without changing and saving them again one at a time. This is an early morning problem which does not help, all suggestions considered.

Sorry, the only solution is to change your bad habit. Pay attention to what you're doing.
You can also "snooze" the notifications instead.
