According to google translate, 'настроїти' is ukrainian and means 'adjust' in English.

Unfortunetly this translation is wrong. It's because of big Russian language influence. There is "настраивать" in Russian but "налаштовувати" in Ukrainian. http://e2u.org.ua/s?w=%D0%BD%D0%B0%D0%BB%D0%B0%D1%88%D1%82%D1%83%D0%B2%D0%B0%D1%82%D0%B8&dicts=all&highlight=on

Take a look on the main word "строїти" (very rare in Ukrainian) - it has very different meaning http://e2u.org.ua/s?w=%D1%81%D1%82%D1%80%D0%BE%D1%97%D1%82%D0%B8&dicts=all&highlight=on and "налаштовувати" http://e2u.org.ua/s?w=%D0%BD%D0%B0%D0%BB%D0%B0%D1%88%D1%82%D0%BE%D0%B2%D1%83%D0%B2%D0%B0%D1%82%D0%B8&dicts=all&highlight=on - exactly what you need

Translate e.g. facebook on Ukrainian and take a look how they have translated this.

Believe me, for Ukrainian user - it's very obvious and very big mistake! Especially on the main page! :(
