My previous addresses (personal & collected) replaced by new books - where are my previous addresses? I use Windows7 and Thunderbird version 3.1

Sometime in the last three weeks all entries in my 'Personal' and 'Collected" address books were replaced by only one entry in Personal and two in Collected. How do I recover my previous many addresses?

I would suggest you use your backups, but I guess like most folks you have none.
