32-bit and 64-bit Firefox setups for Windows can be downloaded at www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

It is the Systems & Languages link in green Download Firefox box you hover over on www.mozilla.org

Unless you are using a different PC to post with, it looks like you already have the 32-bit Firefox 45 as per your More System Details on right of post. The WOW64 means it is a 32-bit app on 64-bit Windows.

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:45.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/45.0
