Time out errors sending replies from templates

I am trying to reply to a bunch of emails having a common subject line by using a message filter rule and template. Whenever I run my rule, I get complaints (apparently for every attempted reply) that the server timed out and the replies were not delivered. However, the replies are all copied to my sent email box.

double click the blue monitor icons in the bottom right and then try the rule. That will place you in offline mode so the actual send is delayed until you go back online (by double clicking the monitors again).

Does the error disappear, get less or just no change
