Messages are not grouped together
Hello
When I try to view my previous messages by searching, some of the messages are grouped together but some of them are separated by single.
What is the cause of this?
Im assuming if i delete the original message content (not the whole email), sometimes it gets grouped but sometimes it does not.
My superior wants to check my emails because my job is customer service but unfortunately he cannot because emails are everywhere.
I have attached a screenshot of what it should be and what I want. For that recipient, there should be 9 emails but I only see 4 emails and 5 separate emails.
Any solutions? Thanks in advance
