I have an unknown empty folder appeared in email inbox

I have a folder called:

20150416174740.13477.45976.repoze.sendmail%40worker2.prl.nu.wdseml

This is empty and has appeared in my inbox.

There was one other which I was able to delete. However I cannot delete this one and I feel sure at least one of the pair was deleted in the past and has returned with the same name..
