How do I delete a folder from the e-mails?

Having difficulties with deleting an empty folder from the e-mail folders. It used to work only if the folder was empty now it is not working at all.

Also for whatever reason a folder can't be deleted until it is empty, this needs a tune up of some sort on the other end.

Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
