My problem is the SAME as an earlier post: "On this website, http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/index.asp, the left side flyouts don't work with Firefox 26.0 but do work on IE on same computer." I am running Firefox 32.03. The left flyouts can be highlighted but no flyout menu occurs. IExplorer on the same computer allows them to work. I am running windows 8.1 on a HP 10.1" netbook. I have tried the suggestions as per the earlier post with no luck. The same as the previous poster it seems??

Hi Phelec, Thank you for your question, I understand that the fly outs are not displaying properly. It looks like the background style is not loading, If possible can you please file a bug with webcompat.com in order to further investigate the style issue.

You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:

You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.

  • Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
  • Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
  • Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)

Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window
