There is no file in my system = %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox

Thank you for your response to my question, but my Windows 7 system does not contain the "%APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox" file.

What do I need to do to establish that particular file? Or how would I actually load FireFox to create that file?
