Until the recent update, I could bookmark a url in different folders. Now I discover, after bkmarking to folder, the bkmrk command is gone and I can only edit

Please reinstate the feature such that a url can be bookmarked multiple times. This current change creates a narrow thinking, was completely unnecessary, and will drive me away from your product. I profoundly regret clicking on your upgrade button...

Actually, it's been that way for a very long time. It sounds like you had an add-on and it stopped working. Try Old Add Bookmark Behavior.
