Suddenly without warning, my Firefox browser (I guess it's 135.0) is no longer able to access my Yahoo/AT&T email account. I can do so with my I.E. browser (I never it used until this week) with no problem. This is has become a hassle for me.

https://mail.yahoo.com/d/folders/1 is the URL that no longer functions with this new Firefox browser.

Disheartening! Are there any solutions?

Firefox keeps locking up, for want of a better description. It will minimize itself, and when I go to click on it, it will not open/maximimize or let me use it. It then also won't allow itself to be closed (by using the only option available, the x on the taskbar icon). I end up having to restart my computer to get it to go away and then work properly (for a little while) when I restart. Firefox used to be my favorite browser, but I'm getting really frustrated. It's updated and still won't work properly. Help. Please.

When using the inspector in dev tools, when the inspector is large, it automatically split horizontally.

As i have a large screen, i tottally prefer to not split horizontally but vertically.

I searched over the net and in this forum, i also read everything in about config concerning inspector and don't find anything revelant.

I'm pretty sure that i'm not the only one with large screen so i wonder what i am missing.

I'm an old codger who loves playing with computer as I blog...so shortcuts was very interest catnip for me...however, testing the SHORTCUT "CTRL SHIFT T" failed while "CTRL SHIFT W" was successful. Have I missed something or am I doing something wrong with that restore deleted tab shortcut?

Trying to install Firefox on Windows 11. I tried to import profiles from the Win10 machine but it didn't work - profile not found. I uninstalled and reinstalled again but same problem. I thought i had removedFF from the system but a search in this PC revealed 4 .browser files, 14 version files labelled from 134.0.2 to 119.0, a Dropbox messaging file? And a Firefox folder in Appdata Roaming.

Can I delete all of these and start again with a clean install? Why does the installer leave so much rubbish behind?

I can spend 30-45 minutes sorting and cleaning my bookmarks, but Sync does not recognize this. It does not delete files as I do. So instead of updating my bookmarks after I delete and sort them, I end up with multiple duplicates. Same goes when I try and sync or update my phone of laptop, I end up with so many extra bookmarks (Many duplicates and triplicates). Sync seems to only work one way, It adds bookmarks and folders I add, it sorts them as I do, But it does not delete anything as I do. Sync should operate on the most resent changes made to my bookmarks not just keep adding and adding. I have tried many times to clean my bookmarks, but as soon as I press sync it adds back everything I deleted. Absolutely terrible. I am about to go to Opera or another platform (browser as well as email) ... an to think that I am one of the few who has actually supported and contributed to your organization and efforts... Please Fix! Thank you!

Hi, y'all, I used to use the weather on new tab feature a lot until the latest update seems to have taken that feature away? Is this intentional or am I missing something? Some troubleshooting I've tried so far:

• I clicked the gear icon to go to settings, but there is no settings for weather anymore.
• I turned off my VPN, because I heard it was available to U.S. and Canada users only, I am in the U.S.
• I closed firefox and reloaded.

Any tips/help is appreciated.

a few months ago firefox started rendering images funky. I am not sure what changed, it seems to be a setting problem as other computers with FF 135 don't seem to do this. I have not been able to come up with the right search terms to describe the problem. here is a screen shot of the issue.

This started about a year ago. Whenever I click on an MSN article, the screen jumps about half a screen away and I need to scroll to get back to the headline and click again. This does not happen on any other website. It does not happen when I use MS Edge browser.

i need to get my old bookmarks back. my pc has gotten scewed up by microsoft and i had to reinstall firefox, now my bookmarks and passwords are gone. can you help??

Since the Firefox 135.0 update loaded during the second week of February 2025, only the first tab displays short-cut tile rows ~ but thereafter all tabs are blank now.

What is going on?

I have two mac computers with the same version of Firefox. (135.0) Autofill stopped working on both of them and they are not synced to each other. What to do to get autofill working again?

Hi, Up to the most recent update of Firefox I could preview PDFs within a cloud based software, but when I downloaded them they opened up in my default PDF Viewer.

Since the update the preview PDFs in the software just spin and never show, unless I have the setting in Firefox set to "open in Firefox" then I can see them. But if I have that set, then any PDF I try to open or download will open in a new Tab in Firefox, rather than the PDF viewer, and then I have to save it to be able to open it in the PDF viewer.

However, if I change the setting to be "Use Windows Default Application" they open up just fine in the PDF viewer, but the previews in the cloud based software go back to spinning and not opening.

How do I get back to having both things happen, rather than either / or please?

Firefox unchecks "Ask to save passwords"

Often when I open the Firefox browser and try to log into a website, I have to go to settings first to re-enable the option "Ask to save passwords" before firefox will prompt me with auto filling the user name and password.

I uninstalled all extensions with the exception of "Gmail reverse conversation" and Firefox is up to date.
