Windows 7----2 different computers & then the Star tsp100 receipt printer would print & then just keep rolling out the paper until unplugged. I uninstalled 24 & finally found a place to download 23.0.1 & installed that back on computers & now receipt printer works correctly again. Any help?

Hi,

Leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. (You'll need to be on the latest version of Firefox to submit feedback). Your feedback gets collected at http://input.mozilla.org/, where a team of people read it and gather data about the most common issues.

We will get back soon ! Report If this helped ! Thanks!

Some Point of Sale systems automate Firefox by sending keystrokes, and when these change, there can be problems. However, I can't think of any changes in the area of printing off the top of my head.

Is it possible to temporarily change your printer to a PDF printer driver so you can capture the output to PDF and see how long it is without using actual paper? If you do not have software such as Adobe Acrobat or NitroPDF, you can use a free PDF printer driver such as:

I still have this problem & now it is 2014. We have 4 printers on 4 different computers that are still on firefox 23 because of this. win 7 pro.

Hi mtnwindsong, I don't think we have enough information to know what is going wrong.

Maybe it's something about the page you're printing. Perhaps it contains something that Firefox interprets differently than before. Is there a sample of it online somewhere for testing?

Or perhaps it's not related to the content, but to a new incompatibility with your printer driver. ?? When I search for any FAQ containing Firefox on the Star Micronics site I come up empty. I did find some driver downloads you could look into to see whether one of the more updated ones works better.
