I have what appears to be a blank dialog box on top of any webpage, blocking the print. Scrolling over the area carefully, I cannot locate a "close" button either in the upper or lower right. It always appears in the same location - lower right, 3/4" above the taskbar. http://www.nytimes.com/slideshow/2011/12/18/magazine/benton-harbor-6.html Wonder if you can see this?

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
