Firefox prosses & plugin conteiner prosses are using 220Mb & 160Mb of ram really slowing my laptop while browsing a site that utilizes adobe flash plugin.

While using Facebook apps with adobe flash plugin, firefox process is using more than 80% of my Ram, amounts over 220 Mb's (233.160k) and plugin conteiner another 86.788k ofRam according to windows Xp task manager. After closing the Facebook tab and using only a google/gmail tab the ram usage dosn't drop from these amounts, only after fully shutting down all firefox processes and restarting the browser.
