I am set up for auto updates in Firefox but I get a message from Firefox that it does not have the authority to do it. I get Microsoft auto updates so do I need to change something on the Mac or what? Thanks, Helen Kelly

Download a new copy of the Firefox program: http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html

Trash the current Firefox application to do a clean reinstall.

Install the new version that you have downloaded.
