By default it will be a 3 dot button on the upper right corner of Firefox. If you have an older phone with a menu button as part of the Android controls the 3 dot button will not appear. The end of how to access the menu button has some examples of menu buttons that are included near the Android home button. Your specific phone's menu button may look different.
