I love using Firefox and much prefer it to explorer but since the past upgrades I've lost access to my plugins and I have to go to explorer to reach pages on some web sites. What's up?
The upgrades which I have installed in the past year have eliminated some of my plugins and made it impossible to access some pages on web sites (like more information on the staples.com site when shopping for computers) I am unable to even send Mozilla feedback because the 'submit feedback' button is grayed out.
