Error in setting up email

Hi, I currently have Windows Live Mail, can send emails but no longer can receive emails. Windows live mail no longer is supported. So when setting up TB, I highlight the pop3 option or imap option i keep getting a pop up ‘ Incoming server already exists’. Seems this is a common problem. Nothing seems to work. Thanks for any help

Please note i have solved the problem. I hadn’t entered my original password.
