I can no longer use firefox to access my e-mail. The search no longer works on Firefox. I've tried all your suggestions with no luck. It works fine on Microsoft Edge - I just don't get it.

Firefox no longer is letting me perform a search in my e-mail. Nothing happens whenever I try it except a retry comes up. Not good. I will miss Firefox as I've had it for years.

Is this using Firefox to access your e-providers website, or are you using Thunderbird?

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
