No option for media controls in Preview except in FAQ

When listening to music on another app, say, Spotify, when I open a page with media autoplaying it pauses the music. After checking in Help there is supposedly an option to disable autoplay in Site Settings, but as far as I can tell, not for me. I've also checked the pop-up settings when on an individual site, but not found it there either. If there is a way to accomplish this and continue using Preview, I'd really like to do that. I have a screenshot of my site settings but don't see a way to attach it here.
