New username not received on attempts to change
Log on attempts are unsuccessful after recent updated Mozilla. Not receiving email when attempting to be reminded of username or password after numerous attempts. (Checked spam folder of rec'v mail provider). Should I recreate an account? I cannot lose my current emails, too important. Can I reverse update? Using Windows 7 Pro. A solution would be appreciated.

Not exactly sure what you're up to. If you're attempting to reset your account password you'll need to work with your email provider. I doubt that your problems have got anything to do with a Thunderbird update.
