When I click on the bookmarks button, there is no Show All Bookmarks to select!!! Who writes these instructions? I have wasted a whole day trying to get this done and still no help from Firefox!!!

You can tap the Alt key or press F10 to show the Menu Bar with the Bookmarks menu.
