Why does Firefox not open my Fedex account page now?

For years I have been able to access my Fedex account with Firefox. All of a sudden it will not open. I can get into Fedex with Internet Explorer, but not Firefox. What can I do to solve this problem?

Make sure that you haven't saved multiple (uppercase, lowercase) versions of that name and password.

Remove saved Password(s):

  • Tools > Options > Security: Passwords: "Saved Passwords" > "Show Passwords"

That issue can be caused by corrupted cookies.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
