none of our map websites i.e., google, mapquest, yahoo are working. just say done with a blank page
a number of our web site are coming up with blank pages. e.g., mapquest, yahoo maps, google. the page comes up, but with no info. we also tried clicking on a link to a news story and that was blank also. we shut down our computer overnight, now we have this problem.

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

tried the safe mode bit, but nothing happened. my husband is trying to apply for jobs and certain drop downs i.e. add a letter to resume are not working. this is really frustrating. we have a new computer with windows 7. just don't get it.
