I'm unable to remove or delete bookmarks. I do know how to do it. I can add and delete bookmarks on my Mac Book but not on my IMac.

If you are using any sync, sign out of them first.
[v57+] Places Maintenance is built into Firefox.
Type about:support<enter> in the address bar.
You will find Places Database near the bottom. Press the Verify Integrity button.
When done, copy and post the results here.
I'm not using or sign into sync!!!!!! I have had it with Firefox!!!!! We should be able to manage Bookmarks. Period!!!!!!!!!! I want it off my computer!!!!! You are wasting my time trying to figure this out!!!
