Nightly 19.0a1 gives Class not registered error when pinned to taskbar Windows 8

Firefox Nightly open fine fron the Windows 8 start menu and from and icon on the desktop. It only gives me the error when I pin it to the taskbar. I am thinking it may be more of a Windows error but Nightly is the only program that it happens with. Nightly pins itself to the taskbar automatically but I tried removing and repinning and it still does it.

I still have this problem too and I believe I've had it since Nightly 17.0a1.

A small workaround is to right-click the icon and select "Open new tab".
