I removed a contact and it prompts that it is removed. But, when I go to the chat icon on an email sent from that individual, it says "contact is not in contacts" but when I try to block chat at this point it says "please remove from contacts and try again" but it is not in contacts. How can I remove this and am I being hacked?

Sorry, that isn't a Firefox support issue. Try a help desk or support forum for the "chat" program or client you are using.
