Firefox will not let me pay for things online when I reach the Secure Visa screen, because it will not proceed from that page. Is this a problem with my computer or with Firefox?

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Thanks for your help, and apologies for the slow reply. Unfortunately I'm still having the same problem after having followed your advice. Is there anything else that could solve this issue? I have to use a different browser every time I want to pay for things online at the moment.
