Remembers passwords for many sites. On this one site the gray bar asking to "remember ; not now; or never", doesn't even show up. Tried the Form Bookmarklets as a work around but that didn't work either. I checked and this web site is not on the list of exceptions to the rule for remembering passwords.

It is possible that the website is using JavaScript to generate that login form. The MS site https://login.live.com is one of such sites and you can't save a name and password in current Firefox version (this may get fixed in Firefox 4.0).
