Hi, I have two yahoo email accounts and one gmail account on my thunderbird app. My gmail is still working but one of the yahoo accounts stopped working a few months ago for no apparent reason. The one email account that works is perfect the other will do absolutely nothing. I have looked up FAQ etc, uninstalled, reinstalled, closed and reopened accounts and have tried several attempts to rectify the problem but with no success. Can anyone advise me on what to do as I'm not a very technical minded person. Regards Gary

Menu > account settings > server settings and ensure the connection method is oAUth2.0.
