Why will Yahoo not load? I cannot access my email.
I have tried for several days and weeks but Yahoo will not load onto computer in Firefox. I can only access my yahoo email on my phone or iPad.
All other sites load quickly and work smoothly. Please advise!

Is a glitch some where in the code/file. Something possible snipped and so you get the error. I am not a mac person so if can follow along on these Windows instructions and find the folders to delete would be great and is less painful than a Refresh. uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 58.0.2 with a Full Version Installer

Sometimes an old email bookmark stops working. Can you access your mail using this generic address or through the Yahoo home page?
