All Thunderbird emails are received just fine. EXCEPT Amazon emails. Suddenly they started being received as text only about 4 weeks ago. No pictures or logos or anything. I checked all my settings, no help. I notified Amazon and they could find no issue. Please help.

Did they suggest you check what communication option has been set?

Suggest you check the communication preferences in your amazon account.

logon to Amazon and view 'Your Account' section: E-mail alerts, messages, and ads select 'Communication Preferences' select: Email Prefernces

make sure you have the 'HTML text and images' option selected.

MANY THANKS, Toad-Hall. For some reason my Amazon account had been changed to text only. Now....why did the Amazon help desk not know about this......They responded the couldn't help but would continue to check it out.....that was about 4 weeks ago. Again, Thanks so much for your help.
