B of A Shopsafe says I need a plugin to use it - which one?
I use Shopsafe to get a substitute credit card no. on Bank of America. Works with I. E. With Firefox, I get this big black box that says I need a plug-in to use it with Mozilla. How do I find out what plug-in and how do I get it on my PC? I'm running on Windows 10, and the last level I was comfortable with was XP, so please be explicit with your answer. Also, I'm 81 years old and have fallen woefully behind in this wonderful world of technology. Ed

Hi Ed, I don't use B of A but I can tell you that the most commonly used plugin on the web is Adobe's Flash plugin, and when I look at the "Question Details" > "More System Details" next to your post, that one is missing from your list.
To get the current Flash plugin, you can download a full installer from the following page:
https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html
In the first table, find the row for "plugin-based browsers", that's the one which works with Firefox. You can use either the EXE or MSI, either should work, you don't need both.
After downloading the installer and running it, you can test that you have Flash installed by visiting Adobe's test page:
https://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
A box should appear saying you have version 19,0,0,245 (I don't know why that has commas...).
Success?
By the way, on Firefox's Add-ons page, Plugins section, it will be listed as "Shockwave Flash" instead of "Adobe Flash". Long story.

Worked great. I didn't realize I had lost Shockwave when I put Win10 on. Thanks a ton!
