For the last 2+ weeks (approx since Oct 21, 2015) Firefox has been crashing many times. I have Windows 7 Home Premium bp-591ebc7a-1813-4cda-9d01-b64de2151110

That is just the last 5 that I have seen to be requested by support...this is driving me crazy. I've updated, added new security, scanned & still crashes. Please help!!! Terry

First I would Attempt to see if it is not a plug-in causing this issues. The most simple way would to restart Firefox in Safe mode

Have you tried refreshing Firefox?

Attention Sumo's there are 30 related bug reports Most are about OOM

lpxpcom.dll = LastPass

inproc_agent.dll = Kaspersky Inproc Agent

Disable LastPass. If the problem is still there, disable Kaspersky.
