How can you submit animated theme?
How might some people have animated themes like https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/animated-sea/ I have tried many times to submit animated theme but it says no animated themes! Please help! Is there any way to submit animated theme? How can some people have them! That is not fair!!!

There seem to be a lot when I search for animated: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/search/?q=animated&cat=themes
