Firefox "DECIDED" to translate my pages into Spanish. And it won't stop. No simple way to select IF, and WHEN, the user wants translation. Without a simple user controlled solution, the user CAN DELETE FIREFOX.

Why? Because I once went to the Costco site in Merida, Mexico to purchase a gift ????

Is this another nail in the Firefox coffin....upgrades that remove useful tools.....endless "tech" options poorly explained for the non tech head user....language changes not requested by the user, triggered in a highly thoughtless and foolish way that cannot be easily removed? Perhaps some Mozilla tech staff are secretly "employed" to promote other browser???

I want to download Firefox for android. If I can't do it directly from Mozilla I will not do it at all. I am a long time user of Firefox and Thunderbird and want it for my android phone.

I've recently updated to the latest version of Firefox on mobile and I HATE IT!! Everything was absolutely fine before they overhauled the ENTIRE UI. Need help going back to the latest previous version.

Syncing tabs, passwords are very useful, but it is quite disappointing that there are no available option (during synchronization) to select Collections as well... Or am I missing some obvious way to do that ?

in previous versions the 3 dots menu would open up the newer redesigned main menu that fills the lower 2/3rds of the screen by default, but by enabling debug settings and going into Nimbus Experiments and disabling "Android UI Redesign - Release" it could be changed back to the older, more compact dropdown-styled menu. as of one of the recent updates, the "Android UI Redesign - Release" toggle seemingly does nothing.

I preferred the older menu for several reasons. one issue being that the new menu lacks a new tab button. the others being that it just _feels_ subtly yet annoyingly worse in just about every way.

so, is there any way to still use this old menu, via about:config settings or something? or am I just SOL and need to figure out how to downgrade my version?

I have a site with restricted access using .htaccess and .htpasswd. I can log in to the restricted site with my ID and password and view the pages. Images are also displayed correctly. However, when I try to "save image," I get the message "Download failed" and can't save the image. When I do the same thing in Chrome, I can download and save the image.

I would like specific instructions on how to change update default search engine as well as site setting and internet/ web pages safely and with correct information

Trying to sync tabs with my desktop machine. Following the screen instructions, I am signed into my Firefox account on both the phone and desktop, a QR code is displayed on the desktop machine, but there is no "Ready to Scan" button on the phone. What now?

Hello Mozilla Support Team, I’m facing an issue while accessing my website https://sreevikash.com/ on Firefox for Android. The site either loads partially or does not render correctly compared to other browsers like Chrome.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Firefox on an Android device
2. Go to https://sreevikash.com/
3. Observe the page layout and loading behavior

Expected Result: The website should load fully with proper layout, images, and styling, similar to other modern browsers.

Actual Result: Some elements do not load correctly, and the layout appears broken or incomplete.

Device Information: Device: Android smartphone OS Version: Android (please specify version if required) Firefox Version: Latest version from Play Store Network: Mobile data / Wi-Fi

Additional Notes: The website works fine on Chrome and desktop browsers. I would appreciate guidance on whether this is a Firefox compatibility issue or something that needs to be fixed on my website.

Since the latest update (v147), the address bar behaves like a normal text input rather than a URL input. This means that if I want to type, say, "google.com", it will autocorrect to "Google. com" (including the space). So every time I want to type a URL, I have to delete the space after every dot. It's very annoying.

I'm running a stock Pixel 9 Pro with all OS updates and standard GBoard keyboard. The problem persists with Firefox 147.0.1

When I go to the firefox website and tap on the microphone to ask a question the Google speech services comes up and I cannot adjust the loud volume on your settings or the phone Google settings. I have a Samsung Galaxy A25 5g phone and on Android 16. I have tried finelock sound assistant and that does not help. Is there an extension that Firefox has that I can use to adjust the volume when tapping on the microphone on Firefox?

I also have a Lenovo Tab M9 9" HD Tablet that has the Android 13 version on it and have no problem at all adjusting the microphone volume on that through the tablet setting.

Up until recent versions, I had the option to choose after what duration of inactivity, all open private tabs would close automatically. After the recent update, I can't locate this setting. Moreover, the duration is now not just non customizable, but also random. Sometimes, Firefox closes them in a couple of minutes, sometimes 20, and after more than an hour at other times.
