Whenever I try to download a pdf file, I can’t view it afterwards or export it to another app. Also exporting to another app like Goodnotes doesn’t work. Please fix this bug on ios!

I download YouTube videos so that I can watch them when I don’t have internet. The problem is that whenever I’m in that situation, every downloaded video will only play for around 15-20 seconds before it stops and will never start again to play more. It is very frustrating. I have tried offline mode, I have tried doing any number of refreshing the page (yes I know it’s offline), going back, scrubbing forward, etc. none of these things work. It SEEMS like to me that Firefox is sending a message of some sort to the offline YouTube page telling that it is offline but somehow still making it seem like there is a chance it will eventually reconnect to the internet so it doesn’t play anymore once this happens. I am not the one using Firefox for iOS; my sister is. I am not looking for an actual fix at this point, I just want to know if anyone else is having the problem.

My sister was having no problem logging into Chase with her 8th gen iPad until about a week ago (my apologies, I don't know the exact day). She tried to log in, and the Web site took her to the system requirements page.

The weird thing is, her system was fine according to their list. But she updated to the latest iOS (18-something) and then the latest Firefox for iOS 129.0.1 (she doesn't like .0 versions and always waits for .0.1).

She got the same error.

Chase insists that the problem is hers. Personally, I don't trust a corporation that big farther than I can throw their combined offices on the planet. Is anyone else getting this problem?

Again, I am not looking for a fix at the moment, just looking to find out if the problem really is in her set.

When I go on different websites, my location shows a zip code for an area that I moved from 4 years ago. Even after I sign in and update it again and again, it still happens. I called Apple support, but they said the issue is in my browser. I am not so sure. Please let me know what you think

Server hasn't been able to read any of my articles (even ones <1min) for a few weeks. I'm happy to delete old articles off the server to give it more space but the app doesn't give me that possibility. I have loved using this app in the past and hope these are just temporary glitches! I have attached a screenshot of the red alert I get when trying to listen to articles. (Note: the full screenshot tells the time but didn't include the red alert. The second screenshot is from the same screenshot but isolated the alert.)

I keep getting the attached message when I sign into my bank. This just started yesterday (9/4/24), but when I sign in with another browser I don't have a problem?

I am using Firefox 124.2 (40108) on my iPhone with iOS 16.7.7 (20H330) and using DuckDuckGo as the default search engine. Loading settings with their Cloud Save service does not work as expected: the settings reset each time you restart the app.

How to get DuckDuckGo settings to persist across sessions in the app?
