When I use my bank's desktop website, I can use all services on the site except when I request a Proof of Payment. I can do it using Edge. How to fix in Firefox?

I have also entered the bank's websites (http version and https version) on the allowed websites section in Firefox settings. What else must I turn on or off?

I am watching a movie and would like to use Picture-in-Picture mode so I can continue watching while working, thanks to its floating window feature. However, I can no longer use it.

I have already tried clicking the Picture-in-Picture icon on the video, using the Ctrl + Shift + ] shortcut, and verifying that the feature is enabled under Settings > Tabs and Browsing > Media. Unfortunately, none of these methods worked.

I would appreciate it if you could help me resolve this issue as soon as possible. Aside from its extension support, Picture-in-Picture is one of the main reasons I chose Mozilla Firefox.

I rely on Firefox entirely for my business. I'm really concerned that Firefox is become choked up - it is really slow to load pages. Am desperate to get it cleaned up ('serviced' so to speak) but am finding it difficult to get simple instructions to do this myself. Where can I get expert help?

About a week ago, I started using VPN Beta, and it worked fine. When I clicked the button at the top of the browser, it prompted me to sign in. I signed in, and the VPN turned on, and everything worked. Incidentally, it kept asking me to sign in, even though I wasn't using private windows or anything. So, I had to restart VPN Beta every time, even though I'd already done so. Basically, now I can't even start. They're trying to block such services in Russia, and apparently your site, mozilla.org, was caught in the crossfire, and I don't know what to do. Your built-in VPN was convenient enough that I could just turn it on for a few seconds to access a blocked site, rather than mess around with VPN clients. Perhaps if my Mozilla account never crashed and I didn't have to log in every time, this problem wouldn't exist, and I could activate the VPN right away, without logging in through a blocked site, since I'm sure the server itself is working. I have been trying to trouble shoot, checking my volume settings, disabling ad blocker, etc, but nothing is helping.

I tested the URL in TOR and Chrome browsers which I installed on my laptop, the audio works AOK on those.

FF has been my browser of choice since it was launched, so I'd really appreciate if someone can suggest what the Audio issue might be.

I use a notetaking app called xournal++, which is helpful with graphic tablets.

There is this issue that seems persistent, When I annotate anything via xournal++, I export it to pdf and view it on firefox, The highlighting which is supposed to be slightly transparent, Appears completely opaque, blocking text underneath it

Now I Would normally contact the xournal team, but it seems this issue is only present in mozilla's pdf reader

I have tried opening other pdfs, although the same results occur

Hello I have lost my ability to access my gmail account(canadettes@gmail.com) immediately after somehow I now have to deal with Outlook!!!

I utilize a website called Twinspires for wagering on horses. It has a video popup (no sidebar tabs) that one can engage to watch the race outside of the Firefox browser. I quite like this feature. That said, I keep quite sidebar tabs saved as I use that feature to pin and then revisit websites that I want to spend more time on. Problem: If the browser closes on its own or other issue, it doesn't close the video popup. So when I restart the browser it "thinks" that video popup, with no saved sidebar tabs, was the last browser open so I lose all my saved sidebar tabs. If everything Firefox would close when the browser does, one could restore all tabs under history like one would normally do. Is there a setting so everything Firefox that is open closes when the browser does? Thank you.

Firefox updated and all of my tabs I had open are gone. I used those for organizing and remembering things. There's no option to open recently closed windows. No history of the tabs as a group. What do I do?

I have had access to TastyTrade thru FireFox for years. Within the last two days I am unable to log on. When I click on the link the screen goes all white and the page will not open. When using Edge I am able to get logged in but not thru FireFox which is my preferred browser.

I use Firefox web browser for all of my web browsing. For years now, I have configured my Firefox web browser with STRICT Enhanced Tracking Protection enabled. As a result, ads have not appeared on any of the website web pages that I visit. For privacy concerns, I prefer not to use an ad blocker add on.

Within the past week or two, ads now appear on web pages that I visit, despite STRICT Enhanced Tracking Protection enabled. I have not made any configuration changes to my Firefox web browser, other than installing the customary updates from Firefox.

Currently, my Firefox web browser version is 152.0.6 (64-bit). It is my hunch that one of the Firefox updates I received in the past week or two is the source of the ads now appearing on website web pages that I visit. Has anyone else encountered this same problem?

Please advise if there is a solution/fix that I could apply to my Firefox web browser to restore the ad blocking that STRICT Enhanced Tracking Protection used to provide me with.
