I sign onto BROTHER-USA.COM to inquire about ink for my Brother printer. I key in the model and get a "Drivers Search Results" with no printer found nor displayed. Keeps looping or searching, I suppose. This same inquire works fine with any other browser, but not Firefox. Can you advise which Firefox settings is preventing any response from the Brother website? Hello. I'm having trouble with my Bookmarks Menu. All it shows is my recent Bookmarks. When I click on manage bookmarks. It shows the folders that are supposed to be in the Bookmarks Menu. And I can see the Bookmarks I have added to those folders. But none of it shows up in the Bookmarks tab in my Firefox browser menu. It just says recent bookmarks at the top. And of course shows my recent Bookmarks. Any suggestions on how I can get it to show my folders?

I can't find the email autofill settings. There's incomplete or erroneous selections in the drop down when using autofill on web forms and I want to clean it up. Searches for instructions keep showing this: "Settings > Privacy & Security > Forms and Autofill", but there is no Forms and Autofill section. I've gone through the other settings, Addresses, Password, Payment and other options under Privacy & Security but can't find email management settings. I bought an HP Omnidesk a month ago with windows 11 home. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Using Firefox 143.0 on Ubuntu 24.04, when loading PDFs into the browser window, the PDF does not get properly rendered. Instead, when scrolling part or all of the PDF just show the desktop or windows behind Firefox. This usually happens after opening several PDFs and then keeps happening until I restart Firefox. Is there an issue for this extremely annoying bug?

I wrote yesterday but my post doesn't appear today. Today I got the message about bookmarks and history not functioning and eventually found something in Firefox that said it was probably due to "some security software." I have now gone into Windows settings and my security updates are done, but I have no idea what I'm supposed to do now. This is an extremely annoying and disruptive issue. I see that several other people are experiencing it, so it's interesting that the note next to their posts state that no one else is having the same problem. Can someone please help us all to get our bookmarks and history back?

Firefox opens full screen on my main monitor, one of three, but not the last-opened and before resizing to its last-used location and size. This three-stage process happens in a instant, interfering with live activity on my main monitor besides being really annoying. Hasn't always behaved this way. Any suggestions?

Hello, I am trying to login to my account on www.zazzle.com and use their site. Sometimes it will let me through and I can be on the site for about 20 minutes before a captcha comes up that says press and hold this button so we know you are not a bot. Well the button never works, it always errs out and gives me the message to please try again, and then locks me out of their site. I have tried clearing my cache and cookies, updating my browser, resetting the router, I don't have any VPN's, I have tried working in a private window, adding the website to the privacy exceptions, block pop up windows is unchecked, I am out of ideas, what do I do??

recently the protections dashboard is not showing the same information as before, with much lower numbers of blocked trackers. why is that? color of bars is different also.

I use Microsoft Office 10 Outlook (version 14) for my email. In the past , if I did "file, email link" from Firefox, it would open my MS Office Outlook... As of today , "mailto" now wants to use Gmail or Outlook (web version), and I can see no options to use MS Office Outlook.

Hi all. Years ago I used to use a text only browser and as everyone knows as time goes by more and more graphical content flys onto your screen plus all the other rubbish which is just a pain.

Its also good for gobbling up your data allocation if on a mobile plan or fixed monthly data package and when you go over you have to open up that wallet and and over more hard earned cash.

So after checking out Firefox option I see the "text" toggle button only works on some websites or is not available at all on other sites.

Is Firefox or the programmers going to look at full support in the near future for text/graphical option to toggle between in the browser? I think it would be definitely worth the effort and time. This would also be ideal on very low bandwidth connections.
