There was nothing wrong everything was running perfect and smooth but then out of nowhere my youtube froze and I couldn't press anything on youtube tab, I could still close it or press the buttons on the sides/corners but on the youtube, it also doesn't refresh, this only happens on youtube and only on firefox when on other browsers, yes I unchecked hardware acceleration, I restarted my firefox many times, I cleared the cache, today I turned my adblockers too, i thought it turned into how it was before but then it froze again and now I couldn't even see youtube it was just black screen on that tab, like what do I do here, do I switch browsers? It eventually starts playing again after I wait for some minutes but I don't want that, I want it to work like how it did before this happened. Why did it even happen?!

Has Firefox instituted a security setting that is interfering with commerce-related sites? Suddenly I can't log in to my credit union (gets stuck on "authentication" step), amazon.com (endless "transferring data" message during login attempt), and mutual fund sites (similar to amazon.com experience). These all are related to money/commerce. I've turned off Firefox's popup blocking and even explicitly allowed cookies for the sites. I did a Refresh to get rid of extensions that might be causing problems (even though there wasn't a problem a week ago on these sites). I've tried Firefox on a second computer for the credit union site and got the same behavior. Chrome has no problem with these logins, by the way.

Hi, I enabled the included Firefox VPN, but it only allows you to choose an entire country, and not very accurately or reliably. The help pages direct me to use Mozilla VPN to do that, so I enabled it, only to be told it's only available on Windows. How can I set my location to something else for a website on a Mac? Thanks.

I have recently discovered that Firefox is constantly sending data at around 3KBytes/S to a variety of Cloudflare servers.

What is the data that is being sent and why is this happening?

This has started to occur in one of the last updates to Firefox.

Dell recently re-installed my Firefox program but it seems to be an older version. Although I can find my bookmarks the bookmark toolbar is gone and that was a very handy feature. How do I update the program and get my toolbar back?

Until recently we had the use of AI Overview when searching. That has disappeared. How do we turn it on again?

When I do a search on firefox I keep getting the following error and have to go through the CAPTCHA BS.

I have to reset Firefox/Mozilla as my default browser every time I leave the browser and return. Each time I set it as my default browser, but I have to do it again and again. This is a new occurrence, as I have never had to do this until the last few weeks.

I really need some quality advice and will sincerely appreciate it if someone can guide me, because my head is spinning.

My Firefox program was recently re-installed by Dell. But it seems to be an older version and among other things I can't find my bookmark toolbar. So I'm hoping that updating Firefox will solver this problem.

As I run my hand up the lid of my lap top, I OFTEN hit the "X" on the browser and the PAGE CLOSES! I am so frustrated because all my tabs close and I see no way to get them all back open. WHY NOT? I know how to use "HISTORY" and under thT i USED TO BE ABLE TO TAP "RECOVER ALL TABS" i DON'T KNOW WHAT BROWSER that was... And if you had that option, I don't know what happened to it.

Das VPN lässt sich in der neusten Version optisch zwar aktivieren, scheint aber nicht zu funktionieren. Die 50GB bleiben ständig erhalten und reduzieren sich nicht , trotz durch Test´s mit erhöhtem Datenvolumen. Auch erreichen mich bei aktivierten VPN wieder vermehrt SPAM und Ähnliches.

When I start an email using the FF browser I'll type the address correctly but the text on the screen is gibberish. See attached photo. When I move the cursor to the subject line, the gibberish turns to plain text.

I can't copy it so I took a photo and attached it. I deleted Firefox and then reinstalled it. This did not fix the problem.

How do I fix this problem?

Firefox is up to date, Windows 11.

I frequently watch BBC videos but approx one week ago, they stopped playing. I have your VPN which is usually off as it give me no advantage, (this appeared following the last update), but I've tried switching on and changing to UK location. No change.

Can you give me some suggestions please?
