I'd like to subscribe and pay for Mozilla VPN on a PC and Android phone, but, don't want to initiate and pay for the subscription via Google Play. I'd rather manage the subscription for the service via a browser based interface on a PC, but, it seems like this is not currently possible. Is that the case?

I see someone else has already asked similary: Mozilla VPN availability on F-Droid would also be a plus.

I have Windows 11 and I installed Firefox Version 154. Now my bookmarks are lost and even when I type in regular websites it times out, instead of opening the website. How do I correct all of this?

The problem is illustrated in the first image attached: Google Maps shows no image, just solid black. This does not occur in browsers other than Firefox.

After restarting my laptop, the same problem persists, but on first going to the Google Maps website the usual image of my neighborhood flashes, then disappears to be replaced by the black.

The second attached image shows four possible causes and fixes offered by Google AI. I tried them all, and nothing made any difference. This image also shows that the thumbnail image appears when my cursor hovers over the tab in which Maps is open.

The only thing out of the ordinary I did before this problem occurred was browsing the Firefox Extensions on advice of Google AI to turn off the intrusive "Genius" AI pop-ups, but I didn't discover anything relevant and I don't think I made any changes.

I'd welcome any suggestions for what to try next,

I have used Firefox for years. Have a backup computer that has Windows 10. It defaults to Bing. I hate Bing! VERY much want to use Firefox for Windows 10. Please, if you can, just email me a link to download Firefox that will work on Windows 10. That is all that I need. My two email addresses are: [edited] OR [edited from community support forum]. FF 154.0 will not create a backup file. Trying to create an initial backup to my D: drive (2 TB Samsung 990 Pro M.2 Gen 4 NVMe SSD with 86% free space). WIN Pro 25H2 Operating system, Intel Core i7-14700K CPU; 64 GB DDR5 - 5600 MHz Corsair Vengeance DRAM.

No matter what I do I can't get the initial backup to complete even though the D:/Restore Firefox folder was created. I consistently get this message, “Hmm, there was a problem with the backup. Please try again in a few minutes.” The message result of browser.backup.backup-debug-info is:

Good morning! I am wondering how to completely remove the new VPN from Firefox. I have been a Firefox user for decades and have bragged about it during that time. However, my frustration level is through the roof since the new VPN attachment has entered my website experience. I am constantly needing to turn the VPN either on or off. I have even begun using a different browser because it is so time consuming to use my favorite Firefox anymore. Can someone please help me to remove the VPN completely off?

I installed the Firefox VPN and it worked fine for a week or two. Now, the VPN icon opens a box with a 'Get Started' link. Open that, then sign into Mozilla by hitting 'continue' and the Get Started link reappears and opens a new page with 'continue' , over and over. It seems stuck in a loop. Very frustrating.

I can sign in with my Mozilla account as it asks me to do but the VPN does not activate. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

Hi, When I click on the profile icon in the top right, I can no longer edit one of my profiles ("School"). I can still open it, bookmarks/passwords are still there, but I have to log back into everything and in the School profile, I can't switch back to "Personal" by clicking on the profile icon like normal.

I'm on Windows, and yesterday was showing something on my laptop to a mac user. They kept right clicking or something, and some tabs greyed out before I had to just close firefox. When I opened it again later using the "School" profile shortcut on my desktop, it opened a blank/new page. I was able to sign back into the account since I have sync on, so my passwords/bookmarks/etc are there, but I can't edit it any longer and can't make a new profile shortcut for my desktop. And when I open Firefox from my taskbar, it automatically opens my Personal profile instead of letting me choose which. Any ideas on what might have gone wrong & how I can fix it? Thank you!

Since I updated to Firefox v154 (on Windows 11 w/latest updates) Substack videos freeze at random times 15-30 minutes into playback (never right away). If I close the tab and reuse the original link, playback resumes more at less where it froze, but this is very annoying and happens almost every video. Other online videos (e.g. YouTube) don't seem to have this problem -- but I rarely watch hour-long videos outside of Substack, so I can't confirm that the problem doesn't exist elsewhere. This only seems to occur after streaming 15+ minutes so probably a subtle bug.

I have been using the site codeskulptor.org for years. Creating images and saving them easily. Lately I have been getting a little shield with a red cross thru it up in the front of the url bar for the page images i wish to save but am not able to as easily as before. I would like Mozilla to approve the pages i spin off as images in new tabs from codeskulptor.org.

when I get new tab I don't seem to be able to connect with web site I am asking for. In addition right click not dot get the menu of command. I just updated with 154.0
