My anitvirus software is blocking a website that I use. Its legitimate. How can I unblock it?

An error occurred during a connection to radoneyepro.com. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR

Error code: PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR

   The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.

I continually get error messages for webpages. I turn off my VPN, clear my history. Not sure what else I need to do. Last one was the webpage for Lindt Chocolate. Come on. Why am I getting error messages for this? I have been on this page before. There are other places also, like Macys. Getting fed up with Firefox.

I was in contact with Bitdefender Support and they suggested the following:

If Facebook still won't open, open Bitdefender and:
  - Go to Protection > Online Threat Prevention > Settings.
  - Turn OFF "Encrypted Web Scan" temporarily.
  - Now reload Facebook in Firefox.

Afterwards, I also had to click on "Messenger" to get all my contacts.

This is temporary since before FF 150, Bitdefender ran with "Encrypted Web Scan", and I had no problem in loading Facebook. So something that changed in FF 150 conflicts with Bitdefender's "Encrypted Web Scan".

Could you tell me which files from your browser I need to add to the exceptions for split tunneling in my VPN for it to work correctly? Adding only the .exe file doesn't help.

Why is my Facebook contact list missing from the right side when I log into Facebook since I added VPN and disabled VPN is this a firefox issue or Facebook issue .

It's probably a security setting...for some websites I go to Log In and nothing happens. Same for say signing up for a webinar. 80% of the time now Especially if I'm following a clicked eMail...so most likely a tracker of sorts?? ChatGPT not helping...wants me to do some techy stuff.

Trouble Shooting Mode, turning off ETP off for site AND in Exclusions... In Chrome, no problem.

Running Malwarebytes and Kaspersky

I'm hoping someone else has solved this!

Hi. I run Pop_os 24.04 linux and have run the latest updated firefox for linux and the latest expressvpn for firefox and am not able to get firefox to connect with the vpn "on". It did work a week or so back but not now. With the vpn on, firefox takes at least 15 seconds to load. I've run the troubleshoot mode and it didn't help. Are there settings on firefox that could be the issue or is it a vpn problem? Thanks

I have just setup a new desktop computer which has the latest versions of Firefox and AVG Free.

Firefox is not working properly, sometimes not completely loading pages, images or is not loading pages at all.

If I disable the AVG Web Shield Setting “Enable QUIC/HTTP3 scanning” then Firefox behaves normally.

The build of AVG Free is 26.3.10886.974 and the version of Firefox is 149.0.2.

bold textI have used Firefox for several years and it is the only browser I have on my Win 11 PC I just purchases and installed Malwarebytes Premium now I get the attached screen on banking and other daily used sites that never open When I un-install Malwarebytes software everything returns to normal Do you have any updates that correct this issue Malwarebytes recommends not using Firefox

I installed update 149 and since then, the VPN (NORDVPN) often will not start up and I have to restart the computer. If this cannot be fixed, I would like to go back to the previous version which gave me no trouble. thanks Brian
